Throughout the seasons we seek to safeguard the biodiversity and ecosystem of our vineyards and therefore prefer sustainable organic viticulture. We preserve our environment using spray treatments that respect the soil while fine tuning its fertilization and microbial system.

In order to showcase the identity of each of our “terroirs”, all of Domaine Chanzy’s wines are aged in casks of carefully selected origin . Each wine receives meticulous handling through complete mastery of the maturation process with attention to the lunar cycle and employing harmonic resonance – even MOZART joins in the concert. This is how we ennoble each and every grape to create our superb wines.
