Charmes-chambertin Grand Cru 2011 (€130) – 16.5 The new management at Domaine Chanzy did not take long to talk about it … this vintage is illustrated with rich spices and black fruit aromas mȗre, Blueberry, cassis … The palate is dense and concentrated, yet retaining fine tannins.
Premier Cru Craipillot 2011 (€49) – 15.5
Dressed with a beautiful intensity. Powerful aromas of black fruit, graphite, smoke … This wine is rich, correct, serious like much of the 2011, with pure mineral finish.
